What to know.
Hirsch Fruit Farm is a family orchard south of Chillicothe with a market selling its own apples, cider, honey, maple syrup, mums and seasonal produce. Pick-your-own apples happen at the fall Apple Harvest Open House, which adds wagon rides, orchard tours and a big slide.
